T-Fal is N°1 cookware brand in the mass US market but lacks of a strong equity.
Strategically, we recommended them to own the Heat Mastery concept based on the brand iconic innovations: Thermo-Spot, the non-stick coating and the even heat distribution base.
The concept was dramatized and illustrated with a 3D cut pan that shows the 3 innovation’s layers. On packaging, we contextualized the cookware in tune with the desired cook’s target, bringing the products to life on shelf.
